Snow Fun!
Some years are better than others as far as how much snow we get here in Eureka. This year it's a good snow year. We've only had a couple of storms come through, but they have left us quite a bit of snow and of course the kids took full advantage of it over Christmas break.
Here is Andrew, he's always the first one out and the last one in. I actually took this picture from inside, he was out there all alone for a good ten minutes before he finally came back in.
My sweet little nephew Erik and the snowman that we made together. Gordon was helping, but he lost interest and went inside, Erik made the head and helped me find rocks in Grandma's drive to make the face.
Gordon trying to get his mittens back on, we later discovered that they are too small for him and we haven't been able to find a good pair to replace them. You'd think in Utah it would be easy to find good snow gloves, all I can find is the knit kind that don't keep the snow out.
Becca thinks that she wants to play in the snow, but when we actually get her all bundled up and take her out she just stands there for a few minutes and then wants to go back in.
Here is Aiden getting ready to sled down the hill. It took a little bit of talking, but my kids finally consented to sharing there sleds. I'm going to have to work on that.
Emma prefers to sled on her belly, I'm not sure why. She also insisted that it was too warm to wear a hat.

This was a different day with a different set of cousins. Uncle Josh brought his big toboggan that fits his girls and my four oldest all at the same time. This was after our biggest storm and there was a lot of snow, but the kids just kept sinking. Emma actually got buried up to her waist and I had to dig her out.
