This year for Valentine's Day the girls decided they wanted special hair styles for school. They hardly ever ask me to do their hair, so this was a bit of a surprise. I'm not sure why they don't ask to have their hair done, it could be that I'm not very good at it (I only know a few different styles) or maybe they just don't want to take the extra time. More than likely it's because I didn't do their hair every day when they were little so they just aren't in the habit. I'll have to try harder to make it part of our routine.

We had fun with their boxes this year too, Gordon made the suitcase, Emma the robot, and Melinda the monkey.
