Both Emma and Melinda participated in Mini Cheer this year. Melinda is off and on about whether or not she wants to do cheer and dance, but Emma has done it every year since they started. I think that they both enjoyed it this year and they both do a good job, I always enjoy watching them perform.

I was quite surprised when Emma told me that she wanted to try Jr. Jazz this year, she's never been interested before. I already knew that Andrew wanted to continue playing and Melinda loves sports of any kind it seems. So we ended up with three kids playing this year. It was a little crazy, but I'm glad that they have fun and like being active. Andrew's team was undefeated all season, but they were eliminated in the first round of the region tournament. Emma's team won about half of their games, but the ones they lost were pretty close games. I helped my brother-in-law Travis with Melinda's team and they had a lot of fun, even if they were extremely silly at all of their practices.
