Preschool Graduation 2011

Gordon and Becca were both in preschool this year (Gordon's last year and Becca's first). Every year they have an end of year/graduation program where they sing and perform nursery rhymes. It's always a lot of fun to watch (with 3 and 4 year olds how could it not be fun). I wasn't sure how Becca would do since it was her first time, but she did great, she didn't look nervous at all and she was singing and paying attention, it was great.

Both classes lined up for a picture before they started, my cute little shorties are in the middle front and back. Becca in the pink dress and Gordon in the white shirt and black tie. Their cousins Alle and Ella are over to the right in the dark pink dresses. They were in the same class with Becca this year, but they will be in the older class next year.

I love to watch them looking for the tape with their name on it. So cute :)

This is one of their favorite songs "Tooty Ta", they have to do all sorts of crazy things while they sing, like sticking their tongues out. The kids all get a kick out of it, and it's pretty fun to watch too.

Gordon will probably hate me for this picture one day, if you look close you can see he has one finger up his nose while he's doing the actions with his other hand.

Gordon with his diploma, he can't wait for Kindergarten. We've actually been counting down with a sticker chart for several weeks already.

Becca with her certificate, she still has two more years of preschool before she goes to Kindergarten.

After it was over we had to get a picture by the cute little boat. All of the decorations and most of the songs were sea related, such a fun and cute program. We're so lucky to have such great teachers, my kids really love school and the teachers have a lot to do with that. Thanks to Grandma Grimstead, Mrs. Schow, Mrs. Jackson and Mrs. Davis!
