Melinda's newly pierced ears

Melinda finally worked up the courage to go and get her ears pierced. We even had Jentry and Haleigh there with us so it was a fun girl's day at the mall.


She wanted to change her mind once we got there, but I had already filled out the paperwork so I made her go through with it. I felt a little mean, but I really didn't want to drive all the way to Provo for nothing.

Here is the first side, just a little nervous.

And here is the second side, screaming in protest.

After it was all over, she calmed right down and now she tells me that she's glad she had them pierced. It should be interesting to see Becca's reaction when she is old enough.
