I'm very grateful that our kids have the opportunity to participate in a music program here at our school. This year Emma was able to choose an instrument. She has been playing the clarinet for about 4 months now and she is doing very well. They had their annual Christmas concert a couple weeks ago, she said that she messed up, but I'm pretty sure she did great. Every time I listened to her practice at home it sounded fine.
I'm also proud of all my nieces and nephews.

Of course they start out on recorders, I guess they have to start somewhere. Melinda was very excited to get her own, I'm just hoping that they continue teaching keyboards in 4th grade, I would love for at least one of my kids to learn piano.
